Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Any applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on orders over $99 USD in North America, Europe, and a few other selected countries.

International customers: Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Estimated Delivery Times

All products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment.

Delivery estimates after dispatch:

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance of your need-by date to allow enough time for processing and shipping. Shipping and production times may run longer during seasonal holidays — plan ahead when you can.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If an order is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any re-shipment costs. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.
